We’ve made an update to the way we support the reuse of individuals and entities when creating a case.
Previously reuse was restricted to individuals and entities with an overall verification status of PASS on an existing case.
Now an individual or entity may also be reused if their status is not PASS as long as the existing case is ABANDONED or COMPLETED.
