Introduction

Integrating First AML and Zapier

What is Zapier?

Zapier is a workflow automation platform that allows you to connect apps together to automate repetitive tasks.

First AML maintains a private integration on the Zapier platform that allows you to build complex workflows that interact with the First AML Public API. The integration consists of a set of triggers (events that kick off a workflow) and a set of actions (tasks that can be performed as part of a workflow).

Here are some common use cases to trigger an action e.g. create a new case in First AML:

  • A new opportunity is created and reaches a specific stage in Salesforce/HubSpot
  • An email is sent to a specific email address with case information
  • A new form response is recorded on Google or MS forms
  • A Slack message is received in a specific Slack channel or workflow

What you’ll need

In order to use the First AML Zapier integration you’ll need to sign up your own Zapier account first using whatever pricing plan you think your organisation will need. Note that it is your responsibility to manage your own Zapier account and ensure that it is secure.

You’ll also need to have an existing First AML Public API account set up. You can contact the API team to request this.

Once you have an account, please reach out to First AML at support@firstaml.com to obtain access to the First AML private integration via email invite.
