• Added new document types to to support Self Managed Super Funds with SMSF_DEED and CERTIFIED_SMSF_DEED
• Added new case status REJECTED
• Corrected the typo dateOfBrith, the field still exists for backwards capability, but has been deprecated.
• Added a profile url to both Individuals and Entities.
