Deprecated
We have deprecated the natureAndPurpose field. We have moved away from storing this information in one field, and provided two new fields to query: purpose and nature. You can continue to query natureAndPurpose, and it will populate a string using both of the underlying purpose and nature values. However, this field will be removed in a few months once all customers have moved across to the new fields.
Added
You can now add a purpose and/or a nature field when creating a case using any of the case creation mutations. These fields are strings with a maximum character validation set at 500 characters. These are optional fields that are not required to be included when creating a case.
